DELIVERY AND EXCHANGE TERMS

CHANGE :

Provided that the product(s) you send for exchange are unused, undamaged, and undamaged, along with its accessories, gift, if any, and parcel (undamaged), if any, within 14 days at the latest from the date you receive it (for evening dress products, the period is 24 hours). By filling out the form completely, you can send both copies of the invoices to the cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) from which you received the delivery, with a counter payment. All shipping costs for exchanges (except for promotional products) belong to our company.

To make a change, do not create a new order or request a product reservation by contacting our company by phone. However, after we receive the product you have sent, if the product you requested is available in our stocks, it will be exchanged within 48 hours and sent to your address without any shipping fee. If the product you want is not available in our stocks, call customer services and order another The product will be exchanged or refunded.

Exchange or return for our designs and evening dress models will only be accepted if they are shipped on the same day.

When the product is exchanged and shipped, you will be informed via SMS that your product has been shipped.

NOTE: If the product(s) you have sent for exchange are over 14 days old, have been used, have lost their salability, or the packaging (if any) is damaged. If it arrives in two copies, without any accessories or gifts (if any), the product will not be accepted and you will be notified (by message). It will be sent again with a prepayment charge.

If you want to send the product(s) for exchange with a cargo company that we do not have an agreement with, you must pay the shipping fee. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

For exchanges, shipping costs are our responsibility, except for promotional products. For your second change requests, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. After the second exchange, no exchange can be made and your refund will be made.

RETURN :

The return period for a resellable product that you want to return for any reason is 14 days from the date you received it. The product you want to return must have undamaged packaging, be unused, not be damaged as a result of misuse, and its resellability must be intact.

Return process for evening dress products; It is only valid if the product is returned within the same day.

If the relevant periods are exceeded, refunds cannot be made.

Order cancellation is made if the order has not been shipped. Return conditions apply for orders that have been shipped. You can get details about whether your order has been shipped or not by contacting customer services on 0212 506 9210.

If you have made the payment for the product subject to return by money order or cash on delivery by filling out the return form on the back of your invoice, together with both invoices, original box and packaging, and all accessories sent, please; by writing and signing your personal or a relative's account information (account owner's name, bank account number, bank name, branch name or code) and IBAN information (in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law No. 385, the return form must be filled and signed for your refund to be processed). Via Sürat Cargo; You must send it by Rapid Cargo, with the buyer paying the shipping fee.

The cost of the returned product(s) is charged from the moment the products reach our warehouse; By checking the product's compliance with the return conditions; For orders purchased by credit card, the shipping fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card. However, if your purchase is made in installments, your bank reflects the refund in installments on your statement. For the returns of the products purchased with the cash on delivery option after they are received and paid; The normal return procedures written above are valid, and in cases where the product has no defects, it will be returned to you by deducting the Cash on Delivery Service Fee and shipping fee and deducting it from the total purchase price. After the returned product(s) arrive at our warehouse and are checked for compliance with the return conditions, the product price will be refunded.
